AAA's Elizabeth J. ShampnoiPromoted to New York District Vice President

The American Arbitration Association (AAA) has announced that Elizabeth J. Shampnoi has been promoted to New York district vice president.

Ms. Shampnoi will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the AAA's Advisory Council, Board of Directors, and panelists, promoting the benefits of the AAA's conflict management services to leaders in the business and legal communities, and monitoring business and public policy issues that impact alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and the New York region.

Ms. Shampnoi has been with AAA since 1999 and served most recently as assistant vice president for the White Plains/Long Island region, where she consulted with law firms, corporate counsel, and companies regarding the use of alternative dispute resolution. She conducted numerous ADR-related continuing legal education programs and participated in the management and training of the AAA's roster of neutrals.
