Geoffrey W. Castello, a member of the Litigation group in New Jersey and New York, whose practice focuses on civil litigation, with a concentration in commercial, business, real estate, products liability and toxic tort litigation;
Todd D. Daubert, a member of the Telecommunications group in Washington, DC, who practices domestic and international communications law, representing a variety of clients including domestic and foreign wireless, long distance, international and competitive local carriers in regulatory and litigation matters;
Edward J. Hunter, a member of the Real Estate group in New Jersey, who focuses on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, construction and permanent financing, joint ventures, leasing, syndication and sale-leaseback transactions, as well as development, construction and real estate management;
Eric G. Kussoy, a member of the Labor & Employment group in New York, who has broad experience in all areas of employment law, representing management in individual and class action employment discrimination matters in federal and state courts and proceedings before state and federal administrative agencies;
Nicholas J. Panarella, a member of the Litigation group in New York, whose practice includes a wide array of general commercial and business litigation matters, including cases involving breach of contract, commercial fraud, antitrust and products liability;
Keith H. Wofford, a member of the Bankruptcy group in New York, whose practice focuses on restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors rights, representing secured and unsecured creditors, official and unofficial committees, indenture trustees, and holders of public debt securities in complex cases.
The firm also has announced that the following attorneys have been appointed special counsel:
Steven L. Humphreys, a member of the Environmental group in New Jersey, whose practice encompasses all aspects of environmental law;
Jeffrey A. Katz, a member of the Corporate group in New York, whose practice focuses on the representation of clients in corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations, as well as in the areas of corporate trust, agency roles and the private placement of securities.
Kelley Drye has announced that Richard A. Siegal will join the firm as a partner in the Tax Practice Group. He will practice in Kelley Drye's Stamford, CT office, where Kelley Drye has had a strong presence for more than 25 years.
Formerly chair of the Tax Group at Cummings & Lockwood, Mr. Siegal has extensive expertise in corporate tax planning, executive compensation, and ERISA and ESOP matters, in addition to a broad range of other commercial, estate and personal taxation issues. At Kelley Drye, he will be a member of the Tax Practice Group, working closely with the firm's Private Clients Practice Group as well.
