The firm of Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti LLP has announced the election of two attorneys as partners and the naming of four others as counsel.
The new partners are:
Marc D'Angiolillo, who concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and construction law and has considerable experience in complex commercial litigation through trial and at the appellate level. His areas of practice include construction and surety bond litigation, trade secrets and unfair competition, and land use.
Debra Tama, who concentrates her practice in litigation, including class actions, products liability, commercial litigation and insurance. Her practice includes appellate work, first party property disputes and the counseling of insurers and manufacturers on risk management and related issues.
The four new counsels are: Mary Ellen Burke, who practices in commercial real estate; Stephanie D. Edelson, who practices in commercial litigation; Craig H. Feldman, who practices in commercial real estate, and Craig L. Steinfeld, who practices in commercial litigation.
