Joseph C. Crawford, a partner at WolfBlock, has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. The induction ceremony at which Mr. Crawford became a Fellow took place recently before an audience of 1,150 people during the 2003 Annual Meeting of the College in Montreal.
Founded in 1950, the College is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada. The College strives to improve the standards of trial practice, the administration of justice and the ethics of the trial profession. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only and only after careful investigation to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.
Mr. Crawford is a partner in WolfBlock's Business Litigation Practice Group and has been practicing law for nearly 25 years. Mr. Crawford served as chairman of the Young Lawyers Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association in 1984 and as a member of the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association from 1989 to 1991. He is a member of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association and a member of the Telecommunications, Health Care and Energy committees of this section.
