The firm of Pitney, Hardin, Kipp & Szuch llp has signed a new lease totaling 46,339 square feet at Times Square Tower for its New York City office. The firm's new office is located on the south side of 42nd Street between Broadway and Seventh Avenue. Pitney Hardin will relocate from its current New York location at 685 Third Avenue, between 43rd and 44th streets.
"New York is home to many of our clients," said Ronald H. Janis, managing partner of the firm. "Our expansion at Times Square Tower will allow us to better serve our growing base of national and international clients."
Times Square Tower was designed by world-renowned architect David M. Childs of the firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill.
Pitney Hardin has announced that Joseph R. Simone has become a partner of the firm. Mr. Simone is a member of the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group and is located in Pitney Hardin's New York office. He concentrates his practice in ERISA, multi-employer pension plans, executive compensation, insurance law, fiduciary and benefit issues.
