Three Join Environmental Unit At Epstein Becker & Green

Three attorneys, Barbara H. Gallo, Daniel H. Sherman IV and Kerry F. Nelson, have joined the Environmental Practice Group at EpsteinBecker & Green, PC.


Ms. Gallo has practiced environmental law for nearly 20 years and handles a broad range of environmental issues and litigation at state and federal levels. Prior to previous law firm service, she represented the Georgia Environmental Protection Division and the Georgia Department of Agriculture while serving in the Georgia Attorney General's Office for almost 12 years. She is listed as one of the leading environmental lawyers in Chambers USA America's Leading Business Lawyers and was recently identified as one of the top 25 women lawyers in Georgia.


Mr. Sherman has worked closely with Ms. Gallo, focusing on regulatory compliance counseling, strategic planning and environmental litigation. He devotes substantial time to civil and administrative litigation matters and also has extensive experience in environmental compliance auditing and large scale project development issues. He is a frequent speaker and writer on environmental issues.


Ms. Nelson's focus includes litigation, regulatory compliance matters and commercial real estate transactions.
