The Boston Bar Association (BBA) this month is offering a CLE seminar titled Intellectual Property at the Border: Strategic Use of ITC Proceedings.
The program is scheduled for March 18 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Boston Bar Conference Center, 16 Beacon Street, Boston.
Seminar participants will learn how to stop infringing imports at the border by using International Trade Commissions proceedings.
The program chair for the morning seminar is Julia Huston, Bromberg & Sunstein LLP. The panel of speakers will include: the Hon. Stephen Koplan, commissioner, ITC; Lee Carl Bromberg, Bromberg & Sunstein; Thomas L. Jarvis, Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, L.L.P., and Gilbert B. Kaplan, Hale and Dorr LLP.
