Saiber Names Three New Partners

Bruce I. Goldstein, managing partner of Saiber Schlesinger Satz & Goldstein, Newark, NJ, recently announced that three of the firm's attorneys have been admitted to membership.

Ernest E. Badway, a graduate of the Duke University School of Law (J.D., 1992), practices in the areas of securities law, regulatory matters, and white-collar criminal defense. He was previously a senior associate in the firm.

Marc C. Singer, a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D., 1993), practices in the area of commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate, professional malpractice and complex business matters. He was previously a senior associate in the firm.

Seth E. Zuckerman, a graduate of the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America (J.D., 1992), practices in the area of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. He was previously counsel to the firm.
