Lowenstein Sandler Names Five Partners

Lowenstein Sandler PC has announced that five attorneys have become members of the firm effective January 1. They include:

• Christine Osvald-Mruz, who has a diverse corporate practice that includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate finance, business planning, partnership and limited liability company law, securities regulation and executive compensation.

• Thomas E. Redburn Jr., who has broad experience in securities, complex commercial, insurance and environmental litigation, with a strong emphasis on federal securities litigation.

• Nicholas San Filippo IV, who focuses his practice on representing closely held and family owned businesses which compete in the middle and large markets. He provides advice with respect to negotiating and structuring mergers and acquisitions, complex business organizations and joint ventures.

• David G. Tomeo, who concentrates his practice in litigation and alternate dispute resolution, with emphasis on commercial, business and telecommunications litigation and white collar criminal defense. He has extensive courtroom and arbitration experience.

• Steven J. Tsimbinos who has extensive experience in securities regulation and offerings, formation of investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, structuring employment relationships, business planning and other corporate matters.
