Survey Honors King & Spalding For Firm's Client Services

King & Spalding LLP is one of the top five law firms nationwide that Fortune 1000 companies view as providing the best client service. according to The BTI Consulting Group. Inc.'s annual Survey of Client Service Performance for Law Firms. The survey rates King & Spalding as among "the cream of the crop of the Client Service A-Team."

King & Spalding received high marks from clients in key categories of the survey. which gauges corporate counsels' satisfaction with their law firms across a broad range of issues. including a law firm's ability to understand its client's business needs and deliver superior client service.

In addition to being recognized on BTI's Client Service A-Team as one of the nation's top client-service performers. King & Spalding was cited as "Best of the Best" in regional reputation and "Leader of the Best" in advising on business issues. client focus. handling problems. legal skills and understanding the client's business. The firm was also placed in the BTI "Honor Roll" in a total of 13 other categories. including "Best at Client Service." "Best Performing Overall." "Anticipating Client Needs" and "International Capabilities."

King & Spalding received the prestigious Newcomen Award for its unique contributions to the American free enterprise system at a recent ceremony in Atlanta.
