Jones Day welcomes Erwan Le Douce-Bercot and real estate team to Paris Office

The global law firm Jones Day has announced that Erwan Le Douce-Bercot has joined the Firm's Real Estate Practice as a partner in its Paris Office and will lead the real estate team in France. Mr. Le Douce-Bercot will be joined at Jones Day by associates Flavia Poujade, Solène Maulard, and Alix Pallier.

A practicing attorney for 20 years, Mr. Le Douce-Bercot advises clients on every aspect of real estate law, including property acquisitions and disposals, real estate developments, lease agreements, and real estate litigation. In addition to his France-based clients, he assists investors from the UK, the U.S., Asia, and the Middle East.

Mr. Le Douce-Bercot joins a dynamic practice that is already very active in the Paris real estate market. As a group, the Paris Real Estate Practice consistently works on matters with the Firm's Tax, Banking & Finance, Fund Formation, Environmental Health & Safety, and Public Law Practices, and Jones Day attorneys Carol Khoury and Catherine Mintégui have extensive experience in international transactions, construction, and lease agreements.

Mr. Le Douce-Bercot is recognized among the most prominent real estate lawyers in France by several publications and directories including Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, The Legal 500 EMEA, and Who's Who Legal.

New associates Flavia Poujade, Solène Maulard, and Alix Pallier bring to Jones Day experience with real estate transactions, leases, construction, litigation, and town planning. All three associates are members of the Paris Bar and are fluent in French and English.
