McNees Presents "The Do's and Don'ts of Employment-Related Contracts and Restrictive Covenants"

SCRANTON, PA (Feb. 16, 2016) – McNees is pleased to partner with the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce for another presentation in its complimentary Business Breakfast Briefing (B3) Training Series.  Register now for our next session scheduled for Friday, March 11, 2016: "The Do's and Don'ts of Employment-Related Contracts and Restrictive Covenants.”  Presented by McNees attorneys Joseph Sileo and Jennifer J. Walsh of the firm’s Scranton, PA office, this B3 offers practical guidance and recommended best practices related to selecting and drafting specialized employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, non-competes and more!

The seminar will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Scranton Hilton & Conference Center, 100 Adams Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503, and is approved for 1.5 HRCI and SHRM general credits with CLE credits pending approval.  Complimentary breakfast will be available at 7:30, with the training beginning at 8:00 a.m.
