Weil Adds Restructuring Partner Ingo Scholz in Frankfurt

International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced today that Ingo Scholz has joined the Firm’sFrankfurt office as a partner. He is part of Weil’s global Business Finance & Restructuring Department.

Mr. Scholz joins Weil from the Frankfurt office of Ashurst, where he has been a partner since 2006. He has wide-ranging experience in restructuring transactions and particular expertise in complex bondholder restructurings. Additionally, he regularly develops strategies for debtors, creditors, turnaround financiers, investors and lenders.
