iDiscovery Solutions Opens Brick-and-Mortar Office in Seattle

iDiscovery Solutions, Inc. (iDS) has announced the opening of its new office in Seattle at 720 Third Ave., which marks the consulting services and expert testimony firm’s continuing growth. Their other offices are located in Washington, D.C. and Costa Mesa, CA.

iDS Directors Brandon Leatha and Trent Livingston will lead the Seattle office.

Leatha is an expert in e-discovery, data analytics and computer forensics. He advises clients throughout the e-discovery lifecycle, providing guidance on data preservation, evidence collection, data reduction strategies, review methodology and document production. He has extensive experience performing computer forensic investigations, conducting structured data analytics and assisting clients with technology assisted review (TAR). Leatha has served as a 30(b)(6) witness and a court-appointed neutral. He also has testified on numerous e-discovery and computer forensics issues. 

Livingston advises law firms and corporations on the implementation and use of information governance (IG) platforms and programs and consults with clients on e-discovery and web and cloud-based technologies. He has been responsible for the management and integration of technology disciplines spanning legal and IT, combined with direct management of vendor relationships. Livingston is also an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University, where he teaches complex data discovery.
