Weil Partners Named Among Most Influential Black Lawyers of 2015 by Savoy Magazine

Weil partners Todd Chandler (Capital Markets) and Laura Wilkinson (Antitrust) have been named among Savoy Magazine’s “2015 Most Influential Black Lawyers” in its recent issue featuring top “must have” partners from leading law firms in the United States and corporate counsel from Fortune 1000 companies.

Mr. Chandler is based in New York and regularly advises private equity portfolio companies, corporates and other issuers in connection with public and private offerings of securities and in other capital markets transactions. Ms. Wilkinson is based in Washington, D.C. and focuses on antitrust issues in mergers and acquisitions. She has successfully obtained merger clearance in the United States and globally on behalf of clients in a variety of industries regarding numerous multi-billion dollar transactions.
