Kelley Drye Partner Daniel Schimmel Appointed To CPR's Panel Of Distinguished Neutrals

The International Institute of Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR), the leading independent nonprofit resource in alternative conflict resolution, has appointed New York Litigation partner Daniel Schimmel to its Panel of Distinguished Neutrals, including the specialty panel Cross Border Disputes Resolution. The Panel includes “a select group of preeminent lawyers, former judges, public officials, and academics” who are actively involved in arbitration.
