Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP Partners With DTI For On-Site Management Services Nationwide

DTI, the nation’s largest private independent provider of facilities management, legal support services and knowledge solutions, announces Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP has signed a three-year agreement for DTI to provide on-site management services to the firm. Per the agreement, DTI is delivering services to five Sutherland offices nationwide.

DTI is providing to Sutherland a full range of traditional facilities management services including centralized copying, printing and scanning; copier fleet management; facsimile and mail services and office supplies. DTI is also contracted to provide a suite of litigation services on-site including scanning and OCR, electronic branding and Bates labeling, loading files, batch printing and more. DTI is staffing 33 positions, all of which were previously outsourced with another provider for an extended period of time.

Sutherland selected DTI for its leadership position in the legal support services outsourcing market. DTI’s vision for integrating traditional facilities management with litigation support and discovery services, combined with the company’s track record for delivering superior service, helped Sutherland recognize DTI as the right partner for this important contract.

The implementation and transition process began the last week of August, culminating with grand openings in all firm offices on October 7.

With the addition of Sutherland and its office locations, DTI now provides on-site management services for more than 150 clients and more than 250 client locations nationwide.
