Peter G. Verniero, chair of the Sills Cummis & Gross Corporate Internal Investigations and Appellate Practice Groups, was selected as a 2012 BTI Client Service All-Star. Sills Cummis & Gross has announced that John T. Gallagher, Michael R. Leighton, Paul M. Sayegh and Jonathan Young recently joined the firm.
John T. Gallagher joined the firm as a member in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the New York office. Mr. Gallagher focuses his practice on all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including patent infringement, antitrust, trade secret and unfair competition disputes.
Michael R. Leighton joined the firm as a member in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Newark office. Mr. Leighton concentrates his practice on real estate finance, including loan workouts and distressed loan purchases.
Paul M. Sayegh joined the firm as a member in the Corporate Practice Group in the New York office. Mr. Sayegh focuses his practice on representing financial institutions in connection with commercial finance, secured and unsecured lending and asset-based lending transactions.
Jonathan Young rejoined the firm as a member in the Litigation Practice Group in the New York office. Mr. Young concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and financial services litigation.
