King & Spalding has announced that the following lawyers have been made partners in areas of strategic focus for the firm, effective January 1, 2012: Ronni D. Solomon – eDiscovery/Tort Litigation (Atlanta); Marian J. Lee  – FDA and Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals, Biotech and Medical Devices (Washington, DC); W. Austin Jowers  – Financial Restructuring – (Atlanta); Michael E. Paulhus – Healthcare Litigation (Atlanta); Caline Mouawad – International Arbitration (New York); Jeremiah J. Anderson – Litigation (Houston); Kristina Kopf Thomas – Real Estate Investments (Atlanta); and Courtney D. Trombly – Special Matters and Government Investigations (Washington, DC).
