Brian Crowell received his J.D., magna cum laude, and graduated in the top three percent of his class at Villanova University School of Law, where he served as the managing editor of outside articles for the Villanova Law Review. While in law school, he was selected as a member of Order of the Coif. Additionally, Mr. Crowell served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Jane Roth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
James C. Jones received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, where he served as associate managing editor of the Rutgers Law Journal. Prior to working at Stradley Ronon, Mr. Jones served as a law clerk to the Hon. Barry T. Albin in the New Jersey Supreme Court. He also served as an extern in the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Camden, N.J.
Christina M. Kaba received her J.D., cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania School of Law, where she served as technology editor for the Journal of Law and Social Change. She served as a law clerk in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region III Office of Regional Counsel; as well as in the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware; and for the American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania.
Christine M. McDevitt received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, where she served as executive editor for the Rutgers Law Journal and was a board member for the Hunter Moot Court. While in law school, she served as a student attorney for the Children’s Justice Clinic in Camden, N.J., and as a judicial extern for the Hon. Gregory M. Sleet of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
Francis S. Monterosso received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as an associate editor for the Villanova Law Review and was also selected as a member of Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Ronald C. Nagle in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas, and was a member of the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee and Emigrant Services – where he won asylum for his Liberian client and her family who faced severe persecution in their homeland.
John Vassalotti received his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he served as a staff member of the Temple Law Review. While in law school, he was selected as a Beasley Scholar and received the Robert E. Lamberton Award for constitutional law. He also served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Joseph J. Farnan Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
Angela N. Velez received her J.D. from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where she served as the executive comments editor for The Penn State Law Review. She also served as vice president of the Latino/a Law Student Association and community service chair for the Women’s Law Caucus. Additionally, Velez served as a certified legal intern for the Elder Law and Consumer Protection Clinic.
Stradley Ronon partner Alan Gedrich was reappointed as chair of the Budget & Finance Committee and as a member of the Executive Board of the Pennsylvania State University Alumni Council, the leadership body of the Pennsylvania State Alumni Association. In this role, Gedrich oversees the finances and endowment of the Pennsylvania State Alumni Association.
