Gibbons Launches "Business Litigation Alert" Online Platform

Gibbons has launched the Business Litigation Alert - - a wide-ranging online platform for analysis and practical perspectives on developing legal and business news in the area of business and commercial litigation.

The Gibbons Business & Commercial Litigation Department will focus the blog's content on current cases and issues relating to general business litigation, insurance, class actions, and securities, as well as other pertinent legal and business developments throughout the New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia, and Delaware regions.

The first blog posts on the site include:
