Stradley Ronon attorney Heather T. Fritts presented at the National Business Institute (NBI) seminar, "The Mechanics of Pennsylvania Civil Procedure," on February 25 in Philadelphia. She discussed the formats and procedures of motions and notices and provided practice tips for new attorneys. NBI is one of the largest providers of legal and professional education in the nation, serving more than two million professionals.
As an associate in the firm's litigation practice group, Ms. Fritts's practice includes general commercial litigation, in particular, class action, securities litigation, mortgage and lending litigation, and insurance coverage. She serves as the chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association Insurance Law Committee.

The CFA is an international organization of financial and legal service professionals dedicated to the advancement of the asset-based lending and factoring industries.
As a member of the firm's Finance & Restructuring practice group, Mr. Bonner represents banks, finance companies and other lenders in the negotiation and documentation of financing transactions, as well as workouts and restructuring, with a significant emphasis in the asset-based industry.
