Sills Cummis & Gross Expands Environmental Law Practice With Addition Of Andrew B. Robins

Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. is pleased to announce that Andrew B. Robins joined the Firm and will be heading up the Environmental Law Practice Group. Mr. Robins brings his vast environmental law experience to the Firm where he will counsel clients in regulatory compliance, cost recovery litigation, redevelopment, brownfields, transaction negotiation and risk analysis.His practice is a perfect adjunct to the Firm's Redevelopment Law Practice Group.

Mr. Robins, formerly of Giordano Halleran & Ciesla, is often invited to speak and write on a variety of environmental law topics, such as cost recovery, "brownfields" redevelopment, ISRA/ ECRA, voluntary cleanups, underground storage tanks, medical waste regulation, wetlands regulation, permit acquisition and air pollution.

Mr. Robins has received many awards, including the Chairman's Award from the New Jersey Builders Association Redevelopment and Brownfields Committee, the President's Award from the NJ-NAIOP Regulatory Committee and was inducted into the Associates Hall of Fame of the New Jersey Builders' Association. He is listed in the 2010 edition of the Chambers USA Guide to America's Leading Lawyers for Business under environmental law, has been selected for inclusion in the 2011 edition of The Best Lawyers in America under environmental law and litigation-environmental, and is listed in the 2010 New Jersey Super Lawyers.
