Duff & Phelps Corporation has announced that Ivan Lustig has joined the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory practice as a senior managing director. Lustig, who will be based in the New York office, brings more than 28 years of experience to Duff & Phelps.

Mr. Lustig has completed more than 150 transactions, including public and private debt and equity issuances, mergers and acquisitions, valuations and restructurings. He specializes in the coverage of media and entertainment businesses, and also has represented major corporations in the utility, food and beverage and metal and mining industries. Ivan has considerable cross-border transaction experience, notably in Latin America, Europe and India.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Mr. Lustig was a managing director and head of M&A in the Americas for The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and ABN AMRO. Before his tenure at RBS, he served as leader of Media Investment Banking at ING Barings and Wertheim Schroder.
He is vice chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Museum of the Moving Image and an advisory board member of the Cornell Financial Engineering in Manhattan program.
