Phillips Recognized By Chambers USA2010 For Excellence In Environmental Law

Phillips Lytle LLP has been included in Chambers USA 2010: America's Leading Lawyers for Business for outstanding expertise in Environmental Law. Considered the most widely used legal directory by in-house counsel for retaining outside counsel, Chambers is released annually by U.K. publisher Chambers and Partners, and is based on extensive independent research and interviews with firm clients and peer lawyers worldwide.

Chambers had particular praise for the firm's Environmental Law team related to "brownfield redevelopment work, as well as its handling of environmental impact reviews, compliances issues, permitting, transactional advice and litigation." The high-profile legal publication cited peer and client comments which referred to the Phillips Lytle environmental law team as "an efficient group with a wide range of expertise and technical savvy - it does a consistently excellent job."

This marks the second year in a row Chambers has ranked the Phillips Lytle environmental practice for its exemplary work.

Chambers also singled out Phillips Lytle Partners Morgan G. Graham and David P. Flynn for individual excellence.

Mr. Graham was cited for advising on regulatory compliance issues, as well as handling litigation, environmental due diligence and brownfield redevelopment. Mr. Flynn, who also heads the firm's nanotechnology team, was cited for being well-versed in regulatory compliance and brownfield redevelopment issues.
