Created to accommodate the growing demand for its specialized legal review services, Epiq's center was designed to facilitate knowledge transfer between review and legal teams in a secured environment.
The new state-of-the-art managed review center combines world-leading technology, rigorous process and qualified legal reviewers to offer the most comprehensive managed review service available to the legal profession. Residing on the floor above the firm's New York eDiscovery headquarters, Epiq's managed review center encompasses space for 14 teams housed in dedicated review rooms with advanced security design.
"Our new managed review headquarters was designed with quality control, security and the ability to conduct an efficient and defensible review at the forefront of our business design," said Laura Kibbe, senior vice president, Epiq Systems eDiscovery, who manages the review center.

According to Epiq, the legal talent supporting the service offering is also key. Epiq's reviewers typically have five or more years legal experience in litigation - and many also possess specialized expertise in such areas as product liability, employment, antitrust and securities, environmental and energy, and in the pharmaceutical industry.
