The M&A Advisor recognized the Chapter 11 reorganization of Z Gallerie with a Deal of the Year Award.The category was for 2009 reorganizations below $100 million.Kelley Drye represented Z Gallerie's official committee of unsecured creditors as bankruptcy counsel.The honor was part of the publication's 4th Annual Turnaround Awards.Roger Aguinaldo, CEO of The M&A Advisor, noted "In 2009 there were more than 1.4 million bankruptcies, but there were also thousands of successful turnarounds, thanks to professionals in the turnaround industry."

In one of the largest recent awards in a trade secrets case, Kelley Drye attorneys successfully represented Advanced Duplications Services (ADS) in a lawsuit against a former employee and his new company, obtaining a judgment of over $30 million in damages and fees.
