Stradley Ronon Partner Presents At Consumer Finance Class Actions & Litigation Conference

Stradley Ronon partner Andrew Stutzman presented "Truth-in-Lending: Responding to the Continuing Evolution of TILA and its Case Law" at the Consumer Finance Class Actions & Litigation Conference presented by the American Conference Institute in New York on Jan. 27-28, 2010. The conference - attended by in-house counsel, plaintiff, defense and private counsel involved in the consumer finance industry - addressed the challenge of managing consumer finance litigation this year.

As chair of the firm's mortgage and lending litigation practice, Stutzman oversees a team of lawyers who represent financial services and other clients in litigation involving consumer and commercial loan transactions.

Stradley Ronon has added Fotini Antoniadis as an associate in its Philadelphia and Wilmington offices. As a member of the firm's litigation and bankruptcy, workouts & creditor's rights practice groups, Antoniadis will focus in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, corporate bankruptcy, reorganization and liquidation. Her experience includes the representation of clients in complex commercial and corporate litigations and mediations involving matters of corporate governance and fiduciary duties, stock appraisals, stockholder class and derivative actions, antitrust and patent ownership disputes.
