Kelly Mooney Lester, a partner, and Marc H. Goldberg, an associate with Phillips Lytle LLP, one of the region's best known law firms, will serve as presenters for an upcoming Lorman teleconference titled "Planning to Avoid Estate Litigation" on February 12.
The presentation will provide participants with an understanding of how to build an estate plan that can withstand a challenge and how to spot hidden problems before it is too late.
At Phillips Lytle, Ms. Lester concentrates her practice in family wealth planning, estate litigation and corporate law. She counsels individuals and business owners on a wide variety of issues related to business succession planning, tax, elder law, trusts and estate administration. A member of the New York State and Albany County Bar Associations, Ms. Lester serves on the board of directors of the Albany Medical Center Foundation.
Mr. Goldberg concentrates his practice on family wealth planning, as well as commercial and civil litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Goldberg is a member of the New York State, Albany County and Schenectady County Bar Associations and also serves as chair of the business/education partnership committee of the Chamber of Southern Saratoga.
