International Trade Lawyer Adam H. Gordon Joins Wiley Rein

Wiley Rein LLP is pleased to welcome Adam H. Gordon as Of Counsel in its nationally recognized International Trade Practice. Mr. Gordon has represented a variety of U.S. manufacturing and agricultural interests in international trade matters including antidumping litigation, enforcement actions, customs and export control issues, and other federal and administrative litigation.

As counsel to the U.S. tissue paper and crêpe paper industries and the U.S. saccharin industry, Mr. Gordon has successfully brought multiple proceedings to enforce and defend the antidumping duty orders covering imports from China. He also has represented U.S. producers of activated carbon, steel nails, fresh garlic, preserved mushrooms, and multiple types of stainless steel products in all aspects of administrative and appellate litigation. At Wiley Rein, he joins a group notable for its involvement in both import-side and export-side issues. He comes to the firm after serving as Special Counsel in the Washington, DC office of Kelley Drye & Warren.
