The Bridgewater, New Jersey-based law firm Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. and Allentown-based law firm Tallman, Hudders & Sorrentino, P.C. will merge to form the largest independent business law firm in the region, fulfilling each firm's long-term strategy.The combined firm will leverage synergies to expand the breadth and depth of its services in an array of practice areas.
