Sills Cummis announced that Morris Yamner, a member of the firm, has been appointed to the Supreme Court of New Jersey's Disciplinary Review Board for a three-year term, effective May 4, 2009.

Mr. Yamner is a transactional lawyer concentrating on lending, real estate and related corporate matters. He is regularly involved in matters relating to real estate funancing, land assembly, conveyancing, leasing, mortgaging, zoning and land use.Mr. Yamner was selected for inclusion in the 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2009 editions of New Jersey Super Lawyers.

Loryn P. Riggiola, Sills Cummis member, was honored at the 13th Annual "Russ Berrie Award for Making a Difference" Ceremony on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, for her "Give Back" program, which she created in 2003 to provide lunch to those in need outside of Newark's Penn Station.Ms. Riggiola is a member of the firm's Construction Law Practice Group.
