Kevin Casey, partner at Stradley Ronon, was appointed chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee of the American Bar Association Intellectual Property (IP) Law Section. As chair, Mr. Casey will be responsible for tracking developments in the relevant areas of law, preparing resolutions in response to such developments, managing the submission of relevant articles to the ABA Annual Review and attending leadership conferences.

The chair of Stradley Ronon's IP practice group and co-chair of its ADR group, Mr. Casey has almost a quarter century of experience in all aspects of IP law, ADR procedures, and the interface between IP and ADR. He is ranked one of the leading IP attorneys in Pennsylvania by America's Leading Lawyers for Business, The Client's Guide, and has authored numerous papers on IP and ADR issues and has taught IP courses at Temple University School of Law as an adjunct professor since 1995.
