Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, is pleased to recognize partner Norman M. Powell and associate Andrew A. Lundgren for their extraordinary efforts to bring pro bono legal service to the community and the bar. The attorneys are the 2008 recipients of the H. James Conaway Jr. and William F. Taylor Pro Bono Awards.

Each year, Young Conaway honors two attorneys who best exemplify the firm's longstanding commitment to pro bono service. In recognition of these attorneys, the firm is contributing $1,000 each to the Kalmar Nyckle Foundation and The Delaware Center for Justice, Inc. (a prisoner rehabilitation and reentry organization) - charities selected by the honorees.

Norman M. Powell concentrates his practice on the structure and use of Delaware entities in structured finance and general business transactions and frequently provides third-party legal opinions concerning business entities, security interests, and other applicable Delaware law.

Andrew A. Lundgren focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and corporate counseling and litigation.
