New York Litigation Firm Continues To Grow

Meiselman, Denlea, Packman, Carton and Eberz P.C., a litigation firm based in White Plains, New York continues to expand. Joining the firm are Russell Yankwill, Christine Ford and Rebecca Rogers Bates.

Mr. Yankwill returns to the private sector after seven years with the U.S. Attorney's Office, S.D.N.Y. While there, he worked extensively on employment issues, medicare fraud, tax investments and the False Claims Act.

Christine Ford joins the firm from Simpson Thacher in New York City. Ms. Ford brings expertise in complex securities fraud matters, banking and compliance issues as well as class actions involving securities, RICO and ERISA.

Rebecca Rogers Bates has a medical background making her a valuable addition to the firm's insurance defense and medical malpractice group.
