Saul Ewing, Post & Schell Partners Co-Edit Edition On Pennsylvania Environmental Law

Joel R. Burcat, a partner and co-chair of the Environmental Department at Saul Ewing LLP and Terry R. Bossert, a Partner and Chair of the Environmental Regulation and Litigation Group at Post & Schell P.C., are co-editors of the fifth edition of Pennsylvania Environmental Law and Practice, published by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Additional Saul Ewing attorneys who contributed material to the book include Pamela S. Goodwin, David J. Raphael, Dennis H. Bower and Peter J. Yoon.

The fifth edition of Pennsylvania Environmental Law and Practice is a comprehensive and detailed compilation of all aspects of Pennsylvania environmental law, including recent legislative and statutory developments. This year's publication features industry and case updates in a variety of environmental practice areas including the new Right-to-Know Law, air quality and climate change, water quality, sewage facilities, wetlands, water resources, mining regulation, and oil and gas law, among others. The two-volume book comes with a CD-ROM of the entire contents of the book for computer access to all materials.

Saul Ewing LLP has announced that Neal S. Grabell, former General Counsel of QVC, Inc., has joined the Firm as Of Counsel in the Business Department. Mr. Grabell will concentrate his practice on general corporate, commercial finance and international business matters.

Mr. Grabell comes to Saul Ewing from international electronic retailer, QVC, Inc. where he served for 21 years as General Counsel and oversaw the $7 billion corporation's Legal Department. He was named Executive Vice President in 2004 and, in addition to his General Counsel work, was responsible for QVC's Internal Audit, Facilities and Affiliates Sales and Marketing departments.
