Norris McLaughlin Expands Practice Groups With Addition Of Judge Jack L. Lintner

Judge Jack L. Lintner has joined Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A as a Member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution, Insurance Coverage and Appellate Advocacy Groups.

Judge Lintner served for 20 years in the New Jersey State Judiciary. He was appointed to the Appellate Division in 1999. He was a Presiding Judge of the Appellate Division from 2006 through his retirement in 2008.

Judge Lintner began his judicial career as a trial judge in the Superior Court in Middlesex County in 1988, where he spent nine years in the civil court attaining the positions of Presiding Judge of the Civil and Chancery Divisions. During his tenure as a trial judge, he presided over the State tobacco litigation and dissolution of the Health Insurance Plan of New Jersey. While serving in the law and Chancery Divisions, he was responsible for setting up and participating in numerous successful court run mediation and settlement programs.

During his judicial career, Judge Lintner published over 100 opinions.

Prior to his appointment to the bench in 1988, Judge Lintner's practice concentrated on civil litigation in both the state and federal courts.
