Jones Day announced that three veteran attorneys have joined the firm this week as partners in its California offices. Arthur S. Beeman and Pamela K. Fulmer have joined Jones Day's San Francisco Office as partners in the Intellectual Property Practice, coming to the firm from DLA Piper, and Jonn Beeson has joined Jones Day's Irvine Office as a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, coming to the firm from Latham & Watkins.

With the arrival of the new partners this week, Jones Day has now added 23 lateral partners to its five California offices since the beginning of 2007. Mr. Beeman focuses his practice on complex intellectual property litigation and commercial disputes. Ms. Fulmer is an experienced litigator concentrating primarily on patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property disputes.

In Irvine, Mr. Beeson represents acquirers and targets on a variety of transactions including public company mergers, hostile takeovers, leveraged buyouts, and private acquisitions.
