Parker H. Bagley has joined Goodwin Procter as a partner in its Intellectual Property and Litigation practice in New York.Mr. Bagley is an IP litigator with experience representing clients on a wide range of complex matters, including trademark, patent, copyright, trade secret and false advertising, and he has also successfully tried patent and copyright cases for major corporate clients.Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, he was a partner at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
