Pro Bono Partnership Names New Directors

The Pro Bono Partnership, the leading organization providing free business legal services to nonprofit community-based organizations serving the poor and disadvantaged in New York's lower Hudson Valley, Fairfield County and Hartford, Connecticut and New Jersey, announced that four new Directors have been elected to its Board: Michelle Browdy, vice president and assistant general counsel, litigation, IBM Corporation; Clinton L. Gardiner, vice president and general counsel, United Technologies Corporation; Peter Gutermann, vice president and general counsel, Pratt & Whitney, and Robert Weber, senior vice president, legal and regulatory affairs and general counsel at IBM Corporation.

In February 2008, the Partnership incorporated the Nonprofit Pro-Bono Initiative (NPBI), a Hartford organization with a similar mission.
