McKool Smith Grows Trademark Litigation Practice

McKool Smith has announced the addition of intellectual property attorney Ann Schofield Baker to lead the firm's national trademark litigation practice.

Ms. Schofield Baker joined the firm as a principal.She has extensive experience handling intellectual property litigation, including many trademark, infringement, unfair competition, and dilution claims.She also represents clients in prosecuting and defending a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Schofield Baker has been featured in the Washington Post, and on 60 Minutes and CBS News for her tireless pro bono efforts to win asylum for Somali terror victim, Amina Mudey. New York Magazine recently named Ann Schofield Baker as a leading intellectual property litigator in its "New York's Women Leaders in the Law" series.
