Former DOJ Prosecutor Joins Patton Boggs

Highly experienced trial lawyer and investigator Todd Harrison has joined the partnership at Patton Boggs LLP in its New York office.Mr. Harrison will concentrate his practice in white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, compliance matters, and complex civil litigation.

Mr. Harrison has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials, including high-profile and complex multi-defendant cases, and has held lead or first-chair responsibility in more than 40 jury trials in both federal and state courts, frequently arguing before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.He has handled cases involving conspiracy, bank fraud, mortgage fraud, bankruptcy fraud, terrorist financing, racketeering, and a wide range of federal and state crimes.

Before coming to the firm, Mr. Harrison served in the Department of Justice for nearly six years as a federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of New York, most recently as the deputy chief of the Violent Crimes and Terrorism Section and previously as an assistant district attorney for five years in the New York County District Attorney's Office.
