Our upcoming June events include An Ounce of Prevention is Worth a Pound of Cure, Lunch & Learn, Tuesday, taking place on June 10, 12-1:30 p.m., at The Metropolitan, 5418 Wayzata Boulevard, St. Louis Park, MN.Cost:$25 members/$30 non-members; free to non-member, in-house attorneys who have never attended an ACC event.This program is open only to in-house counsel.

Also in June, Marty Provin from Jordan Lawrence will present a no-spin look at the underlying causes of records management issues around privacy, compliance and e-discovery; how in-house counsel can better prepare for the 26 (f) Conference and make it an opportunity to strategically shape e-discovery and the associated costs; how to identify areas of risk of privacy breach; practical steps organizations can take to reduce costs and minimize resource requirements related to records and information management.This seminar will earn 1 CLE credit.

Our Networking Social, sponsored by the Kelly Law Registry, will be held on Thursday, June 26, 5:30-8 p.m., at Stella's Fish Café, 1402 W. Lake Street, in Minneapolis.Enjoy complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres with your in-house colleagues.This event is brought to you by the MNACCA Career Management Committee and is open only to in-house counsel.There is no fee for attending, but preregistering is required.
