How are analytics impacting the legal profession and the management of corporate legal departments? Many companies rely on predictive coding to identify consumer interests to better position their products and services. Similarly, predictive coding can be used to identify documents when analyzing large sets of data, particularly useful today given the exponential growth of email, social media and document creation. This presentation will highlight relevant court decisions issued in the past year and will examine the approach for utilizing predictive coding to save on litigation costs and improve risk management.
