This session will focus on the most common strategic alternatives to M&A, including: Joint ventures; Strategic alliances; Master franchising; Cross-licensing and other business relationships that may enjoy some of the same economic advantages as acquisitions. We will also look at multi-staged acquisitions as strategy to extend the due diligence period and mitigate risk.
