Speakers will discuss and analyze major developments and changes in patent law in Europe. The European Parliament recently approved the “EU patent package” consisting of a unitary patent, a language regime and a unified patent court. The new system will start to run in a few months and it might have significant affects on international companies with European Patent Portfolios. It is thus worthwhile to be prepared.
