This series provides an overview of immigration law that attorneys may encounter regardless of their specialty. The faculty will cover immigration law and practice, including the government agencies involved, as well as options for employment-based and family-based immigration law, asylum and humanitarian relief, and an introduction to immigration litigation practice.
Part one will provide an overview of immigration law and family-based immigration; part two will focus on employment-based immigration and nonimmigrant visas; part three will examine employment-based immigration and corporate compliance; and part four will look at immigration litigation, asylum and humanitarian relief.
