The conference focuses on cutting-edge developments in e-Discovery. Co-chairs Colleen Kenney, Sidley & Austin, and Eric Mandel, Zelle Hofmann, (both Sedona Conference® Working Group 1 veterans) have put together a noted faculty of seasoned e-Discovery litigators, in-house counsel, and federal judges who will focus on such issues as Technology Assisted Review (TAR): Why, When and How, and the Practice Issues Raised by its Use; The impact of cloud computing, mobile devices, and BYOD on e-Discovery preservation and production efforts; and Meeting the new ABA Model Rules of Professional Responsibility Duty of Competence in connection with e-Discovery.
