Continuing its annual roundtable discussions, the Corporate Law Departments Section has scheduled this year's sessions on three alternating Wednesday evenings: February 13, February 27, and March 13.

Participation is limited to in-house lawyers who are senior counsel or equivalent corporate counsel of a corporation, municipality, or other business. To facilitate open discussion among the attendees, registration is available for a maximum of 30 participants. For attendance at all three sessions, 6 hours of CLE credit will be provided. Each session provides 2 hrs CLE credit.
