This all-day conference will include panels on licensing transmedia and consumer products; the role of decertification on NBA & NFL collective bargaining; the changing landscape with guilds:  the effect of the SAG-AFTRA merger; disability accommodations for guests and customers with vision and hearing impairments; the right of publicity in video games; and mobile/geomarketing - issues regarding geotracking, privacy, social media and date protection.
